Microlens array

Wuxi OptonTech has developed a variety of microlens arrays. The side length of each individual microlens can be as small as 2 micron and up to 400 micron. The lens sag height ranges from 0.6 micron to 15 micron. Correspondingly the focal length of the microlens array is from 80 micron to 1500 micron at visible wavelengths. The shape of the microlens array can be circular, square or hexagon. Specifications outside the ranges stated here are also possible upon customers¡® request.

Surface profile of 250 micron microlens array. The scattered spots represent a perfect spherical profile. The non-symmetry is caused by the measurement error of the profilometer, which is ideal to measure the height differences but may have error during the measurement of continuous profiles. The radius of curvature at the vertex of the profile is 547 micron. The conic constant is approximate 0.5.
